Use Writer Pro responsibly, keep your account secure, and follow applicable laws. Credits are non‑refundable unless required by law.
By downloading, accessing, or using Writer Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app on macOS 12+ for personal or permitted institutional use.
Credits are consumed by usage (e.g., character count). Passes and subscriptions unlock access for their stated duration. Subscription credits renew when Stripe confirms payment.
Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled in your billing portal before the renewal date. Prices shown at checkout control.
All sales are final unless required by law. If a charge is in error, contact support and we will review it.
Do not use Writer Pro for unlawful activity or to violate policies. You may not bypass monitoring tools, misrepresent authorship, or submit work you do not have rights to use.
Writer Pro is designed for accessibility, drafting workflows, and typing efficiency. Use it only with content you authored or have permission to present.
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. Availability may vary by region or device.
We may suspend accounts for abuse or violations. You may close your account in the billing portal if no active subscription remains.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writer Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
